Thank you for signing up for a Friends Forever Session! There is a $25 session fee for each child participating. Choose one person to fill out the form for your group. This person will be the contact person for your group. Jill will connect with everyone, but it helps with organization if one person runs point. Once you have filled out this form, we will call you to set up an appointment at the studio to plan your friends forever session. It is mandatory for all of the participants to attend with a guardian. We will schedule the session during that time and it is important to have all calendars out and ready. The $25 donation will be collected at that time as well. 100% of the session fee will be donated to the schools of your choice.
